i am using window 8.1 . problem is that canon imageclass mf3010 print well but when i try to scan it is show me error "could not complete scan" or "to complete scan plz connect your scanner via usb or sure it is on" by follow to your older replies to other i am download and insttal canon driver from website and i have also a software cd with all tool. i am downlod and install software one by one to cd and website. but my problem not solve. so plz help for this
