So that I can best assist you, I would like to ask a few questions.  Please reply with the following information:

 

1.  Is the printer connected directly to the computer, via a USB cable, with an Ethernet cable to a router, or wirelessly over the network?

 

2.  If connected by USB, are there any other devices connected between the printer and the computer, such as a USB hub or extender?

 

3.  Which operating system is installed on your computer?
