The MF8500 is connected to my network via a Cat5 cable. A desktop computer running windows 10 can see it just fine and is printing to it. A laptop running WIndows 7 connected wirelessly to the network used to work but now can't find the printer and will not print to it. I just completed a clean install of Windows 7 and Malwarebytes, and I downlaoded the printer driver from canon. When I run the driver it can't find the printer. What are the next steps?
