Hi, I have updated my windows to windows 10 a few months ago, and since then I have been having troubles to scan from the feeder. I was only able to do it the first time after installing the new drivers and following all these steps

but after the first sheet, it just keeps saying "Could not scan because the originals are not placed in the feeder or an error ocurred. Check the scanner status and then try to scan again".
PRINTER MODEL IS MF4350D
It prints and scans from the Platen Glass, but I must use the feeder for legal sized pages.
Can anyone help me?
