My PC can't communicate with the scanner after the latest Windows update (a.k.a Anniversary Update) while using MF Toolbox. I even unistalled and reinstalled the programme but no luck.
I have the same problem just like last year when I updated to windows 10.
Canon, you need to fix this ASAP!
It is outrageous how you were not prepared for the Anniversary Update. What is wrong with you? Are you not interested for your customers? Why do we have to fave AGAIN the same problem?
FIX. THIS. ASAP.

printer is i-Sensys MF 4580dn (network)
error message is: cannot communicate with scanner. Cable may be disconnected, etc... (just like in this topic http://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/MF-Toolbox-doesn-t-work-on-Windows-10/td-p/147893/page/26)
