Yes, we had contacted the dealer and the dealer has given up. I believe it's something to do with the firmware and/or driver software. Can you please guide me, who and where to look for the person in firmware / driver software developer?
How to re-create the issue:
Step 1: Configure Scanner with List of 10 PC users.
Step 2: Now if one installs Printer+Scanner software, his name gets added, and one of old user gets removed.
There is no specific indication or option to disable AUTO ADD user in Scan Window at Printer!!!
