Re: Printing to an iPF670 from a Mac running macOS 10.12.6
I already did contact them. They asked me some basic questions, then told me they couldn't help me unless I called in on the phone. My client can't afford for me to sit at his desk and troubleshoot this over the phone again, after I have already posted here, to Apple's forums, and using the Support Link and provided the same answers over and over again to each area.
I have the error codes posted at the top of this thread, but no one seems to have addessed them yet.
Color Text printing has mis-aligned Magenta. How do I fix this.
The magenta is not aligned properly so my text is blurred. How can I set the alignment. I've already ran the self alignment tool in the printer and I have tried a new cartiridge. This machine is 5 years old and prints about 1500 pages a week for a small business.
Help!
Re: How do I enable the scan to email address functionality of the imageless mf628cw?
Email is sent out OK but the sender address is blank and that goes to SPAM folder by most email servers. Is it possible to assign an sender address?
Canon ImageClass MF632Cdw Noise
How do I stop the high pitch tone that sounds while the printer is running? I thought maybe it was some sort of data recieving tone since I am using wireless but it happens whenever something is printing whether I print from the computer, scan or copy something. Is there anyway to mute this sound or stop it from going off?
Re: Error 9923
Hi vasudevan.
I will be able to assist you.
Please verify that the MF227dw is selected for network scanning by following the instructions below:
- Select [Applications] under [GO].
- Select [Canon MF Utilities] > [MF Toolbox 4.9].
- You may receive an error that the scanner is not connected. This is fine.
- Click [MF Toolbox] next to the Apple icon in the left corner of the screen and select [Network Settings].
- Select the [MF220 Series], and then click on the [+] symbol and select [Add].
Next, quit the MF Toolbox, and then open it back up. Once the program is open, please scan a document and verify if you still receive an error.
If you still continue to experience an error, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.
Re: White thin line going down prints
Hi Confetti.
I will be able to assist you.
Normally, if you see white streaks on your prints, this indicates that the toner may be running low; however, if you are not receiving a low toner error, this issue may be resolved by removing the toner cartridges and gently rotating them left to right to redistribute the toner.
Since you are also experiencing an issue with all black PDF print outs, we will have to recommend that you call our Enterprise & Desktop Solutions Group at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).
