More separated scans in one mail - imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5500 Series

Hello,

 

I hope you can help me with next problem:

 

Our printer is set to send scans via emali, 1 to 1. So, 1 scan is 1 email in mm mailbox.

 

Is it possible to scan more documents and then send them in one mail, but not merged all in just  1 attachment?

If I have 5 scans, I get 5 emails. But I'd like to have 5 scans in 1 email. Is this even possible?

Thanks. I may try the same. I may also just take sleep mode completely off. Although I’m not sure I want to see the obnoxious bright display 24/7.

Printer won't power on

Canon Image Class LBP151dw won't power on.  Pushed reset while holding power button.  Unplugged cord from back of printer for over an hour.  Checked outlet with another appliance.  Held power button for long time.  No help. 

 

For the last couple weeks, after I would select print function, would get message at bottom saying "error printing on LBP151" and after slight hesitation, would print.  

 

Purchased 10/4/17.

 

Canon IR5570 cant print and use with Mac 10.13

Please i can’t use canon IR5570 on mac pro ios 10.13

 

I installed the officially driver from canon but still can’t print

if there is any required update must be do on mac or on canon to be able to use it 

 

I checked on Apple web site and didn’t see canon 5570 on compatible list with mac

Hi smichaellaw,

 

To have a confirmation page print after sending a fax with your MAXIFY MB2720, please follow these steps:

 

 1.  Press the HOME button on your MAXIFY MB2720.

 

 2.  Swipe the screen and then tap SETUP.

 

 3.  Tap Device Settings.

 

 4.  Tap Fax Settings.

 

 5.  Tap Auto print Settings.

 

 6.  Tap TX report.

 

 7.  Tap Print for each TX.

 

 8.  At the Attach TX image screen, tap Yes.

 

 9.  Tap HOME.

Paper jam without paper in it

This must be the most asked question, with most answers on how to tackle this devious fault (I presume) and I have tried almost everything, but it still haunts me. The only thing I haven't tried is buying myself a new HP instead. Yet. So please help me!

 

So, back to the problem: It still says there is a paper jammed inside the machine, a simple (but expencive) i-SENSYS LBP6020B b/w laser printer, even though there isn't any in it. The paper didn't even move when the Jam sign appeared on my screen. I have removed both electrical cable and usb printer cable (and put them back), search for printer ques (no ones there), restarted my PC and everything else I could think of, both with software and hardware. It still says Paper jam.

 

The printer has worked flawless, with excellent print outs and manageble paper jams (if any), until now, so what to do, what to do...?

Hi, I've got this MFP working in my company. I use Active Directory Domain with Windows Server 2012. I must configure this device to scan over the network to a shared folder in which Everyone has full access. I;ve tried yesterday with registering the shared folder using the address book. Should I register the device in the Domain somehow? I've installed UFRII driver in the domain controller. It doesn't work when I select  the registered shared folder. I've entered domain admin credentials, I tried without entering user and password also.

4890 trouble printing envelopes

I'm printing A5 envelopes and it's printing the first line of the address faintly on the envelope first (not centered) and then it is actually printing it centered as it shoudl be. At first i thought it was just smudging but i see it is actually prnting the first line of the address block twice!P_20171224_115439_1.jpg

Cannot Get Canon LBP6230dw Working with Mac OS Sierra

I will be happy if I can get my Canon LBP 6230 Laser Printer working with the MAC OS Sierra using EITHER Wireless or Wired LAN. Here is what I tried:

System Preferences > Printers & Scanners>Clicked on +

Click on "IP" on ADD screen.**

I tried using both "air Print and using Internet Printing Protocol[IPP].

I used "select Software". On the Screen "Printer Software" I selected "Canon LBP6230/6240 the "OK"

Then I clicked "ADD" on the ADD SCREEN.

The MAC then displayed "SEtting 10.0.0.11"

after about 15 seconds the MAC screen displayed "Unable to Verify the Printer on your Network"

I then clicked on CONTINUE even though it couldn't verify that the Canon was on 10.0.0.11

On the PRINTERS & SCREENS SCREEN the new CANON laser printer displayed 10.0.0.11 NOT THE NAME OF THE CANON PRINTER.

I tried to use the Canon Printer- I wasn't setup correctly/did not do anything. Note another Canon printer was already working correctly with the MAC[MX922]. The MX922 was connected via my Ethernet LAN.

 

What Can Be done? I suspect that the IP Address that I obtained from the Canon printer could be incorrect but do not know how to determine the IP ADDRESS OF THE PRINTER USING another method.

 

FYI: When I used the router's address 10.0.0.1 the MAC froze at the display of "Setting up 10.0.0.1

I tried connecting this Canon printer the same ways with the LAN connection disabled to see if the wireless connection would work. It did not..

**Entered the IP address that I got from printer[pressing b oth the wireless button and the ON/OFF button yields PRINTOUT with The IP address of the printer on my WIRED LAN. The Canon Printer is connected to a port on the rear of my Xfinity dual band 802 ac ROUTER. using a ethernet cable.

Solved

Wish I could tell how it was solved but all I recall is after many times[around 8-10] trying to install the laser printer on MAC OS this time it worked.

My guess-

I was missing executing a step. So I can add any useful knowledge to the forum databases.

 

I was also having difficulty installing on a Win 10. My error there was failing to connect a USB cable between the laser printer and the WIN PC to "setup" the network" correctly.first.  Also I kept getting errors associated with having already put printer ports in use. The Windows system kept saying restart and all should be well. restarting didn't fix things. I eliminated 3 printer ports that were in use. One of them was guilty. I couldn't determine which one.

The  software that Canon provided for installing on Windows was much more helpful than fot MAC OS except it did not tell me what printer ports were preventing the install.

Canon needs to improve the install software for both MAC OS & WIN 10`

On  a Canon i-SENSYS MF211 printer I need to scan both sides of an ID in grayscale via the "Scan - PC".

The proceedure in the e Manual is not clear does anyone have advice.
